How's The Market? Data is important and I am an expert in interpreting data. I spend hours on sifting through the data to determine the right price to list. I watch the market closely and publish regular market reports to help my clients understand what will affect them.

I won't list a house without professional staging and I'm now incorporating virtual staging into the program. We use the best professional photographers available to make sure that every photo on the internet makes the home look it's very best.

Before helping clients present an offer, I prepare a detailed market analysis of the home. The way I write up an offer, with lots of data and details, goes a long ways to help the seller and the seller's agent accept our pricing and terms.

Before turning to real estate I worked in technology sales and marketing for fifteen years. As Director of Marketing for Andersen Consulting - Foundation (Accenture) I launched product lines in multiple countries and worked with professionals from a wide variety of cultures.

Thanks again for everything you did to get our house in Wayne sold. Last Thursday afternoon, while we were doing final cleaning, we had a chance to meet the new owner. He seemed like a good guy, really happy with the house and anxious to move in. He actually thanked us for selling him our house (probably a first in the last few years!)

Leslie was our agent for both the buying and selling of our home in Batavia, IL. We've moved a lot (4 times in less than 10 years) and have never used the same agent for both transactions.
