When I first started working with Jeff I gave him very general search criteria to help find my perfect place. As I viewed more properties my criteria became more refined and Jeff was able to pick up on those adjustments to change the properties we viewed. He stuck with me every step of the way. Jeff was flexible in his schedule and met with me on weekends and at night to go to showings that accommodated my work schedule. He always returned my emails and phone calls within a reasonable time, and he was always able to answer my questions.
Overall I had a great experience and I don't know how it could have been any better. Jeff is attentive, informative, and a great person to work with. I plan on recommending him to all of my friends and I will be using him in the future.
Jeff recently found me a great deal on a condo. Over the course of 8 months Jeff showed me everything from multi-unit buildings, to single family homes,to foreclosed condos and was extremely knowledgeable on all of them.
Moreover, I was bascically the client from hell (I couldn't make up my mind and didn't know what I wanted) and Jeff still treated me like I was top priority.
