As a former corporate executive with over 14 years of experience, I offer a higher caliber of service when it comes to responsiveness and meeting the needs of clients. My extensive experience at marketing, negotiating, and analyzing have allowed me to deliver results to my clients that exceed my Realtor peers. In less than 3 years, I have gone from a brand new agent to a top producer.
I purposely limit the number of active buy side and sell side clients I work with. I work with each seller and buyer personally. I do not "hand off" my clients to a junior agent or administrator. This ensures each client gets the necessary attention they need for a successful transaction.
Time management is a priority for my clients and myself. I listen to my clients to understand their needs, and then communicate with them at the frequency and efficiency they request. If you prefer to talk on the phone, I am not going to send you text messages!
