Working with Nancy Karp as a Real Estate Agent was a rewarding and pleasant experience. In the process of selling our home my family had worked with two other firms and several other agents and none of them compared to the professionalism of Nancy Karp’s work.

Nancy is a businesswoman and a considerate person. In the current real estate environment we found both attributes to be important. Nancy’s education and business experience allows her to find and make deals that others do not even contemplate. Moreover, her experiences as a working mother allow her to understand the challenges faced by a family that is working with children in school. Nancy understands that you have “live in the home” you are selling. She works hard. When an unexpected opportunity to show the property comes up she goes out of her way to help her clients get ready.
