Operating out of Baird & Warner’s market-leading Gold Coast Office, Jim Kinney spearheads B&W’s Luxury Portfolio program at the sales level. He is also responsible for developing new initiatives that enable B&W sales associates to maximize their upper tier residential marketing efforts on behalf of clients.

Kinney joined the Baird & Warner sales team from Rubloff Residential Properties, where he recently served as president.

Throughout his distinguished career, Kinney has been deeply involved with a number of professional real estate organizations at the local, national, and international level. Both the Chicago Association of Realtors, as well as the Illinois Association of Realtors, have honored him as their “Realtor of the Year.”
