Georgia is a Realtor® and Broker Associate with Baird & Warner Residential Sales, Inc. and has lived in the Chicagoland area since 1970, both in the South, North and Northwest suburban areas.  Her interest in Real Estate began many years ago during her career as a Real Estate Paralegal for a large Chicago law firm.  A residential sales career began in 1994 with Baird & Warner.  As a full-time real estate professional, she is intensely dedicated to client service.  Sellers rely upon her to guide them through the process of pricing, staging, listing, marketing, negotiating and closing the sale of their home.  Buyers look to Georgia for guidance throughout the purchase and closing process and beyond.  Knowing the market, listening to and working closely with her clients and customers in all aspects of the buying and/or selling process are the most vital components of her job as a REALTOR®.
