I would like to take this opportunity to express to you how pleased my wife and I have been with the work Chris Puszynski has done for us in connection with the sale of our home at 470 Turicum Road in Lake Forest.  As our exclusive agent, Chris fulfilled her responsibilities and commitments at a level well above our high expectations.  I have worked with realtors on the purchase and sale of seven homes over the past 20 years and never have I had the pleasure of working with an agent as hard working, honest and capable as Chris.

As you may know, we had some concerns about listing our home in the current market environment but ultimately accepted Chris's advice regarding timing, pricing and staging of our home.  Chris ended up being 100% correct on each of those important issues.  She also was unbelievably responsive to our needs and emotions and proved herself do be a masterful negotiator as well.  Our success in entering into a contract on our house within one week and ultimately agreeing upon a price that is over 95% of our asking price speaks for itself.  All things considered, it is inconceivable to me that anyone could have done a better job for us than Chris did.

It is a distinct pleasure to recommend Chris Puszynski, Broker Associate.  For the past ten months it has been our pleasure to work with Chris. She has made a difficult move to out-of state much easier.  Chris’ knowledge of the current real estate market has proved invaluable time and time again!  She knows what looks good in a house and is determined to show the house in its’ best light.

We found ourselves in South Carolina, but didn’t want to sell the house “empty”. We kept some furniture there as my husband would be back occasionally and our college-age children needed to have a place to stay while they found their own apartments.  Chris managed to take what little there was make it look “lived in”.  She was able to recommend painters and carpenters, plumbers and cleaners  to “spruce” the place up-even removing the wall-to-wall carpeting in certain rooms and buffing the hardwood floor to a shine. After living in that house for 24 years it had accumulated a lot of grime!  She was able to take photos with her digital camera to email us to show us how the work was progressing.  She kept us updated on everything!  We were in constant touch by phone and email and for that we are very grateful.

I realize the real estate market is extremely iffy these days due to rising interest rates, but Chris managed to keep our spirits high and for that we are so fortunate.  We gained a friend in the past ten months and we hope to keep in touch by phone and email and visiting her when we find ourselves back in Lake Forest.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Chris Puszynski as a very able and knowledgeable broker and agent.  She can get the hardest job done and do it with a smile. I really think the world of Chris and am so happy that she was able to sell our house.
