Joe Kunkel is passionate about his career in real estate, consistently ranking as one of the Top Producers in the prestigious Founder’s Club at Baird & Warner.  This company is the premier real estate firm in the Chicago area, founded in 1855. 

With a Master’s Degree (MBA) in International Business and Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from the University of Dallas, Joe applies professional business standards to his specialty niche:  marketing modernist properties and representing buyers of unique architecture.

Joe is active in his community, serving as a Planning Commissioner for the Village of Olympia Fields, Board Member of the Graymoor Landowner’s Association, and volunteer member of the local Beautification Committee.   Joe donates a portion of all commissions to Baird & Warner’s Goodwill Network, a non-profit charity organization.

When it comes to personal interests, Joe is equally engaged.  His diverse and interactive interests including travel, architecture, landscape design, vintage furniture and decorative arts, film festivals, antique cars, food and wine, boating, music, and most importantly, quality time spent with family and friends.
