As a discreet service provider since 1984, I teach an understanding of the buying process that creates not only a memorable buying experience, but empowers you to be a pro-active problem solver during the buying process. You are listened to and informed of current sale conditions.  You appreciate the properties, meticulously previewed for my no pressure showings.  You will be please with my attention to contractual details, follow-up and how I generate a market comparison report of recently sold homes when you are ready to make an offer.  My strong negotiation skills combine with attorney review coordination, inspection coordination, lender interface and final walk-thru follow-up produces a smooth closing. When servicing new construction, you are assisted in site selection, developer contract review, design recommendations and punch list management.  You will discover when I work as a buyer’s agent, I work for you!  As a seller agent I focus on the marketing aspect of the business.
