B&W president & CEO Steve Baird is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Chicago Agent magazine.

The lead story -- State of the Market -- highlights the thoughts and perspectives of industry leaders on the residential real estate market.

Steve shares his take on foreclosures, economic recovery and what strong agents and brokerages are doing today to make it in this market.
