Warren Habib
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Warren Habib is Baird & Warner's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President.  He also serves on the firm’s executive committee.

Warren has over 23 years of experience in finance and P&L management.  He has a strong background in business planning, analysis and process reengineering. Prior to joining Baird & Warner in 2007, he was at HSBC for five years as the CFO for the Consumer and Mortgage Lending Servicing Channel  in his latest position. He also held several key roles over his tenure in the Private Label Credit Card business driving business profitability and improved cost structure, including the heading up of the business process improvement group using Six Sigma methodology. Warren has also held several positions of increasing responsibility in Finance with companies such as Sears and SBC-Ameritech  now AT&T.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant and spent his first seven years of his career in public accounting.

Warren received a bachelor's degree in accounting and business from LeTourneau University in Texas.  He received an MBA from DePaul Graduate School in Chicago.  He is a chairman for a non-profit organization that helps unfortunate children and families.
