Steve DiMarco
President, Baird & Warner Financial Services

Steve is the president of Baird & Warner Financial Services and a member of the firm's executive committee.  He has twenty years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, and is a seasoned executive skilled in sales leadership, operational management and team building.  As a lifelong area resident, he is intimately familiar with the Chicagoland market.

In his previous role as senior VP and director of mortgage sales at MidAmerica Bank, Steve led one of the largest retail mortgage origination teams in the Midwest and achieved more than $3 billion in annual sales.  Prior to that, he was a regional sales manager for MidAmerica following a successful career in outside sales and loan origination.

Steve received his B.S. in Finance with High Honors from the University of Illinois College of Business and is a past president of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association.
