John D’Ambrogio
VP of Strategic Development
 
John is responsible for increasing business and leads for the Baird & Warner Sales Team. Additionally, he assists with strategic initiatives and operations, relocation, marketing and technology.  
 
Prior to joining Baird & Warner in 2009, John served as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Relocation Services at another local real estate company.  His well-rounded background in real estate and relocation also includes experience as principal in a third-party relocation firm where he counseled domestic and international corporate clients moving to the area and spearheaded the development of their corporate relocation affinity programs and managed many of the firm’s operations.

John has chaired a number of committees as an executive board member of Chicago's Corporate Relocation Council. His background includes a term as president of the Lake View East Chamber of Commerce, where he led the neighborhood rejuvenation program. He also worked as a commissioner, appointed by Mayor Richard M. Daley, for SSA No. 5 on Chicago's North Side. John is also an active member of The Employee Relocation Council and is Board Member Elect of the Relocation Directors Council. John received the President’s Service Award from Leading RE in 2007 and the Chairman’s Service award in 2009.

John is the 2008 Chairman of The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ Advisory Council, and has been an active participant in their Real Estate Ambassador and Mentor Programs.
