Jennifer Alter Warden
President, Baird & Warner Residential Sales
Jennifer oversees Baird & Warner’s residential sales division along with marketing and technology. She also serves on the firm’s executive committee and spearheads its charitable initiative, the Baird & Warner Good Will Network.
With Baird & Warner since 1995, Jennifer has been responsible for launching the company’s home services, e-business, and title operations.
Jennifer leads by example, working hard to inspire Baird & Warner’s employees to do their personal best.
Jennifer’s background is a combination of communications and business. She served for eight years as principal in her own marketing communication firm and for four years in marketing and management positions for a national wholesale distribution company. She has also worked in the public relations and journalism fields.
A lifelong resident of Chicago, Jennifer is an avid cyclist who takes full advantage of the city’s lakefront, park system and other public treasures. She and her husband Rob Warden are active in the community and committed to raising their nearly grown sons to make a difference.
A 1976 graduate of Oberlin College, Jennifer received an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of management in 1983.
