Bob Stefani
Senior Vice President, Baird & Warner Title Services

Bob Stefani is Senior Vice President, Baird & Warner Title Services.  He has served Baird & Warner for over 35 years. After working as a top-selling Sales Associate at Baird & Warner’s from 1972 to 1986, he was promoted to branch sales manager in the Arlington Heights office in 1986, which he led to the company’s top 10 in profit throughout his tenure. After 15 years in residential sales, Bob joined Baird & Warner Home Services in February 2001 where he served as account manager until being promoted to his current position in May 2004. In the past three and a half years Bob has recruited more than 350 new attorney-agents for Baird & Warner Title Services. His overall business philosophy is: customer service is No. 1; hire accomplished professionals and train them well; and strive for a solid profit margin.

Bob’s responsibilities at Baird & Warner Title Services include overseeing the day-to-day operations; office presentations, special projects, completing budgets, and reviewing financial reports.  Additional responsibilities include interviewing and processing new attorney referrals, acting as the liaison between Baird & Warner Title Services and the branch offices for the attorney-agent program, and generating outside lender business. He also works with closing officers on developing their skills to increase title capture rates in the Baird & Warner branch offices.
