To maximize the impact of the funds raised by the Baird & Warner Good Will Network, we seek out organizations with low administrative overhead, who will direct a high percentage of our contribution to addressing actual human need.
A committee consisting of Baird & Warner sales associates, branch managers and staff helps identify candidates for support, with an eye toward those providing shelter to families and children.
A significant portion of the funds raised is also earmarked to support the charitable activities to individual Baird & Warner branch offices. These activities are identified by local office Good Will Advisory Councils, who also make plans for supporting these organizations in other ways.
To distribute Good Will Network funds, Baird & Warner has partnered with the Chicago Community Trust. This institution has been helping concerned local residents put charitable dollars to work in the Chicago area since 1915.
