The Baird & Warner Good Will Network is funded in a unique way that depends on the support of every member of the Baird & Warner family.

Each time a Baird & Warner sales associate sells a home — or a Baird & Warner Financial Services representative processes a mortgage loan — ten dollars is donated directly to the Good Will Network.  Employees also make payroll contributions to the Good Will Network, which are matched by Baird & Warner.

Additional funds come from individual contributions, and various fundraising activities organized by employees and sales associates throughout Chicagoland.
