In Illinois, a candidate for a real estate license must be 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete 45 hours of instruction before taking the state exam. Baird & Warner offers courses approved by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation that prepares you to take the state exam.
